User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms that are on a continuous basis put at the disposal of the user by including them in this web site. - 2. Bus will leave on time from every pickup point and will not wait for anyone. If you miss the bus you will be sole responsible
The passengers should reach at the mentioned boarding points 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- 3. CONTACT - A valid phone number and e-mail address is required to secure your booking.
- 4. Losses: Bus will not be responsible for any loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) and any other indirect or consequential loss to You when You commenced using the Website.
- 5. Cancel Ticket Terms & Conditions : -
- Ticket Cancellation charges will be Rs. 50 per seat.
- In Case passenger, send a request to cancel a ticket before 4 Hrs of Departure of Bus Charges of Cancel a ticket will be 100.
- After deduction Balance amount will be refunded within 72 hours of cancellation request.
- A passenger must be send a request to cancel a ticket, if passenger not send a request amount will not be refunded.
- 6. Bus will go from By-pass route.

Gurugram to Hisar - 300/-
Gurugram to Cantt - 280/-
Gurugram to Hansi - 260/-
No other option will be given
- 8. Customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of ticket fare if the cancellation of the journey has been done by the bus operator.
- 9. A booking is considered confirmed if the booking confirmation page is shown to the customer, even if SMS/Email fails to deliver for any reason.

10. By making a booking on sgbshisar.com – customer acknowledges that sgbshisar will Call/Email/SMS or send alerts to give/take information regarding his/her bookings.
- 11. The terms and conditions of our services can be amended, modified or withdrawn by sgbshisar.com at any time without notice.

12. After book a ticket ,in case passenger not receive a confirmation message or mail from sgbs of booking details but amount is deducted from his/her account please , contact to sgbs 8295700562s Or whatsapp message on 8295700562 in case phone is unreachable.
SGBS HISAR Responsibility

1. Sending an SMS, Email for ticket confirmation/cancellation.
- 2. Providing voice/email support for any ticket booking/cancellation/refund issues.
Are Not SGBS HISAR Responsibility

1. Any incorrect data provided by customer while booking the ticket.
- 2. Loss/damage of baggage
- 3. Customer waiting at wrong boarding point.
- 4. Customer phone not reachable, operator did not call at the boarding point and left without picking the customer.
